Lloyd, a partner at Rosen Hoover P.A., has worked for the Firm since 2001. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University in 1980. He graduated from Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in 1983. He was a Member of the Board of Editors of the William & Mary Law Review in 1982 - 1983. Following law school, he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Couch, Jr., Associate Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland in 1983 - 1984. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Associations and American Bar Association, and the ABA's Litigation Section. He is a Member of the Maryland Bar, as well as admitted to the bars of United States District Court for District of Maryland and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Lloyd leads the Firm's litigation practice group. He has a broad background in all types of litigation, including trials, appeals, mediation and arbitration. His experience and expertise includes commercial litigation, business and partnership disputes, contracts, torts, negligence, real property, construction litigation, condominium and homeowner association litigation, divorce and family law, employment law, personal injury, and malpractice. He has experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of litigation.
