Gergana is a partner at Rosen Hoover P.A. Gergana has been with the firm since 2003. In her position, Gergana is involved in all aspects of banking, real estate, land use and development, transactional law, and private school representation.
Prior to joining Rosen Hoover P.A. in 2003, Gergana was a Law Clerk at the Baltimore City Circuit Court, where she worked with the Honorable Chief Judge Joseph H. H. Kaplan. Gergana joined the Firm after completing her Clerkship in 2003.
Gergana currently serves as a member of the Towson University College of Business and Economics Advisory Board and the CFG Community Bank Advisory Board.
Gergana graduated summa cum laude from Towson University with a bachelor's degree in international studies and economics. She holds a juris doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she graduated with multiple honors including the Outstanding Student Achievement Award, Highest Grade in International Finance Award, and Highest Grade in International Business Award.
A member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Gergana also speaks five languages including Bulgarian, English, Spanish, French and Russian.
