Rick is a partner at Rosen Hoover P.A. He has extensive experience in the sale, acquisition, leasing, development and financing of commercial real estate. Rick also has experience in corporate, franchise and environmental law, particularly in relation to leasing, development, joint ventures and the operation of retail real estate.
Rick was formerly a managing attorney with BP Products North America Inc. (Amoco Oil Company), and led a team providing legal support for retail real estate leasing, acquisitions, sales and related matters in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. He was also a former general counsel for Storage USA Franchise Corp., a REIT subsidiary, which jointly developed and franchised self-storage facilities throughout the United States. Rick received his J.D. degree, cum laude, as well as his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees in finance from the University of Baltimore. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
