Matt is an associate at Rosen Hoover P.A. and has worked for the Firm since 2005. Originally from Baltimore County, Maryland, Matt received his Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary's College of Maryland in Political Science and Economics in 2001. Matt then went on to the University of Baltimore where he earned his J.D. and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2004 and he was also admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 2006.
Matt works on a wide array of matters at Rosen Hoover P.A., including business, corporate, real estate development and finance, contracts, litigation, appeals, condominium and planned community development. Matt has experience in complex real estate and business transactions, representing homeowners associations and condominiums and representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of litigation.
Matt is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division and the American Bar Association. He is an active member of the Baltimore Junior Association of Commerce.
